Privacy Policy

Effective 29 August 2026 · prizma-orderbook.com

1. In short

PRIZMA is a personal research project, operated by an individual. There are no user accounts, no registration, no sign-up forms and no advertising on this website. We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

This policy explains what limited data is nevertheless processed when you visit the Website, and how to contact us about it.

2. What the website collects

The Website is a set of static pages. It does not ask you for any personal information and stores nothing about you on our side.

Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers keep standard technical request logs. Those logs may contain your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. They are generated and retained by the hosting provider for security and reliability purposes, and are not used by us to identify visitors.

3. Embedded third-party content

Some pages embed public market widgets provided by TradingView. These widgets are loaded directly from TradingView's servers, which means TradingView receives the technical data your browser sends when loading them and may set its own cookies or similar identifiers.

That processing is governed by TradingView's own privacy policy, not by this one. If you prefer to avoid it, you can block third-party scripts and cookies in your browser; the rest of the Website will still work.

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or cookies of our own.

4. Market data

The measurements published on this website are derived from public exchange order book and trade data. That data describes markets, not people, and contains no personal information about visitors.

5. Internal tools and Google APIs

The project's own data pipeline uses a private application, registered with Google and authorised by the operator's own account, to move the project's data files between the operator's machines and the operator's Google Drive.

That application uses the narrowest available permission (drive.file): it can see and modify only the files it created itself, and no other content of the operator's Drive. It never touches data of website visitors, and no visitor data is sent to it.

6. If you write to us

If you contact us by email, we keep the correspondence in order to answer you and to have a record of what was agreed. We do not use those addresses for mailings and do not pass them to third parties.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data relating to you is processed, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its processing. Because the Website keeps no visitor records of its own, such a request will in most cases concern only email correspondence.

To exercise any of these rights, write to the address below.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
